Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. Though we do not provide refunds, we will replace and ship your item free of charge.


Returns
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. We will evaluate your reason for wanting to and will give you store credit or a product of equal/ lesser value should we determine it reasonable. 


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds/Cancellations
You have 6 hours after checkout to request a cancellation or change in your order. We will notify you once we’ve received your request and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Lost Order

We are not liable for lost orders unless we inputted your address incorrectly, in which case, your original order will be reshipped free of charge with an express courier. In the rare event that your order gets mishandled/lost by the post office, we can reship your order at considerably discounted price.
