Though a rare occurrence, the lack of update is due to COVID-19 delays which only affects those that opted for economy/free shipping exclusively. The delays are primarily caused by postal offices closing branches and being understaffed, as well as a general increased amount of online orders overwhelming customs. The lack of update doesn't mean your item is lost, but rather heavily delayed among all the other backlogged mail due to the state of the local post office specifically in your area.
If your last update was "Flight Departure", what this generally means is that your order is already sitting inside your country, just waiting to be scanned and processed by customs. No standard shipping plane has the ability to fly for consecutive days and any layovers would've been recorded in your tracking history. Depending on how behind your customs is, it can take around as little as 3 days to 2 months. In most cases, those who are experiencing delays under this circumstance average around 3 weeks before the next update.
If your last update was "Flight Arrival" or "Arrival on Destination", this generally means that its in the process of being transferred to the local post office responsible for carrying out your delivery. The wait time on this phase is generally shorter which takes on average 1 day to 3 weeks.
To help speed up the process, please submit an inquiry to your local post office using your tracking number. Though not a guarantee, the extra attention most often shaves off days from the wait time. Please feel free to contact me if you have trouble doing so and I'll be more than happy to personally assist you!
Please contact your local post office immediately! If they don't recognize your tracking number, try using the "next tracking numbers" or "final mile tracking numbers". (These numbers can easily be found by inputting your tracking number in 3rd party tracking sites like https://parcelsapp.com/en).
If they're able to confirm that a delivery took place, it means that the delivery driver dropped it off at the wrong address. If its not in your mailbox or any other possible places your delivery driver may have left it on your property, most often it was dropped off at a neighbor's or an address nearby. Should you be unable to recover your order, if it was insured, you'll be able to have your local post office compensate you for your loss.
If they're unable to identify any of the numbers you've given them, it is highly likely that your package wasn't scanned correctly and a delivery attempt has yet to take place. Your order will likely arrive a day (up to a week) later. You can tell your local post office this possibility and have them contact you when they actually are ready to deliver your package.
I don't accept returns. Dakimakura exchanges or cancellations can only be made before your order is printed especially for you. Posters can only be exchanged or cancelled before they're shipped :)
I'm currently unable to take commissions because I'm contracted with a company to release certain characters. I can however, tally up requests and submit it to the company who will consider the artwork/character if there's enough demand.
